Help find Chairs for each Family Night event on the school year calendar- Events include Back to School, Movie Night, Pumpkin Patch Event, Carnival.
Check in with event Chairs to make sure they are on schedule preparing for the event and staying on budget and step in to make sure volunteers are covered. Make sure facilities are reserved by President.
Report to President before and after event on the progress and the outcome of the event.
Attend the events and assist where needed.
This position may be held by more than one person.
